Cauliflower “Fried Rice” (Paleo)
Paleo dinner: Cauliflower “Fried Rice”.
Ingredients: Cauliflower, brussel sprouts, red bell pepper, Italian sausage, garlic, coconut oil, chipotle peppers, S&P, lime juice
Drain the cauliflower florets and pulse it in the food processor
Sautee brussel sprouts and sausages in coconut oil
Add in red bell peppers and minced garlic
And then “Rice”
Incorporate all together about 3-5 minutes. Use any seasonings you like
I used Chipotle pepper and S&P
That’s it! Squeeze some fresh lime juice on top. Done and doner!
Whoa! I couldn’t tell this is made from cauliflower if I didn’t know. This is one healthy, fun, light but filling dish. I really dig the crunchy texture and the freshness. Great for an early summer supper!
