Baked Lemon Salmon
Have I ever told you that you can find me wherever there salmon is? Huge huge huge fan!
Ingredients: Salmon, garlic, red onion, lemon, seasoning, S&P, EVOO
Lay the fat boy onto a sheet of foil, drizzle a little EVOO and minced garlic
I used this guy today. I kind of dig it lately
Squeeze some fresh lemon juice. Lay the onions and thin lemon slices on top
A little more S&P and minced garlic to give it a kick
Like that
Wrap it up and send it in a 400F degree oven for 15-18 minutes
Done!
Oh my! I can’t tell you enough how delicious it is! It’s super juicy, tender and flavorful. The incredible sweetness comes from lemon juice and caramelized onion. Super easy as well meanwhile you don’t even have to clean the dishes. Totally no brainer.
