Jamaican Jerk Roasted Tempeh and Potatoes

Back to school night dinner: Jamaican Jerk tempeh, potatoes and carrots.

 

 

Ingredients: Tempeh, Potato, Carrots, EVOO, Green Onion, S&P, Jamaican Jerk Spice

Dice tempeh, potatoes, and carrots in small chunks and bake for 35 minutes in 410F oven

Drizzle some EVOO, S&P and jerk seasoning

 

Voila! Sprinkle some green onion before serving. By the way, look how pretty it is!

 

Oh man, Jamaican Jerk spice is the hero of the night. What a complex and amazing flavor all in one. You must try indeed!
