My fancy ass lunch: Butternut Squash and Cranberry Crostini. I’m so fond of this rich golden sunset fall color!

Ingredients: butternut squash, sage, S&P, EVOO, sourdough (or any bread you prefer), cranberry, queso fresco and rosemary

Slice them in cubs, sprinkle S&P, EVOO and sage

Set oven for 420F, roast about 40 min

Sizzling. Otta oven. Oh my! So beautiful. I can’t resist this color

Toast the bread (or brush them with EVOO before you toast ’em)

Let’s get the party started

Sprinkle some fresh rosemary is a must. Sorry for being demanding 🙂

Just like that

Fancy and tasty for sure! I adore finger foods.

One of the fun things about Crostini is that there are so many different ideas to play and mix n match with.

This is def. one of them.
