Japanese Style Veggie Curry
My lunch date: Japanese Style Veggie Curry.
Ingredients: onion, carrots, potato, broccoli, coconut oil, apple sauce, water, S&P, Japanese curry cubes
Sautee these puppies in coconut oil with S&P. OMG, smells soo good
Add broccoli
Add the curry cube
Add the cooked fork tender potatoes and some water
Key: apple sauce
Lastly adjust the consistency to your liking
Serve with rice
