Texas Pecan and Cranberry Cookies

Season’s eating: Here comes the BEST cookie in the Fall – Texas Pecan and Cranberry Cookie.

 

 

Dry ingredients:

1 cup all purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

1⁄2 tsp baking soda

1⁄4 cup unrefined sugar

1⁄4 tsp sea salt

1⁄2 cup cranberries

1/3 cup Texas pecan

Wet ingredients:

1⁄3 cup pure maple syrup

1⁄4 tsp blackstrap molasses

1 1⁄2 tsp pure vanilla extract

1⁄4 cup canola oil

350F for 11 minutes, get ready for 8-10 cookies

 

 

Voila! Did I mention it’s the BEST cookie in the fall? and winter, summer and spring? 🙂
