My lunch date: Summer Mango Avocado Black Bean Taco. Oh how I love cooking with fruits!

 

Ingredients: mango, avocado, chipotle black bean, onion, feta, lime juice, cilantro, tortilla

 

Let’s begin!

 

Add avocado, cilantro and some fresh lime juice

 

Lastly sprinkle some feta (or queso fresco)

 

Seriously yummers! Mango is the key here for sure. This mix and match style is really my competitive advantage (or I should just move to Mexico). Anyways, bulls eye.
