Banana Blueberry Walnut Rum Cake
Calm down, everyone! You’re drooling all over your screen.
Dry ingredients: all purpose flour 1 cup, cake flour 1 cup, cane sugar 2/3 cup, baking powder 2 tsp, baking soda 1 tsp, sea salt 1 tsp, chopped walnut 1 cup, blueberry 1.5 cup
Wet ingredients: 3 very very ripe banana mashed and soaked in the rum beforehand, almond milk 1 cup, vanilla extract 3 tsp, canola oil 1/2 cup, agave nectar 1/4 cup
Set oven to 350F for 55-60 minutes.

I’m not sure if it was the blueberry overload, or the bananas (I’m pretty sure it was the rum)….. the taste is pure sublime. A master piece indeed.
