Roasted Chickpea Caesar Salad
Back to school night easy dinner: Roasted Chickpea Caesar Salad.
Ingredients: Romaine, Arugula, Roasted Chickpea, Caper and S&P
Let’s begin with some roasted chickpeas! (or any meat of your choice, or not)
Rinse and dry the chickpea from the can. Season with EVOO, S&P and cayenne pepper. Send it in a 410F oven for 35 minutes
Sizzling and done!
Man, aren’t they just perfectly roasted? They can be used for any toppings or just daily healthy snacks. High fiber and protein. A little spicy kick and savory!
I like to put them on Caesar Salad with some capers. These capers are so delightful!
Homemade Caesar Dressing. Contains tahini, soy sauce, water, lemon juice, minced garlic, black pepper and dijon mustard
