Roasted Chickpeas Snack
Have you tried the hottest snack aka roasted chickpeas? If not please make it TONIGHT! (sorry for being demanding)
Ingredient: chickpea, S&P, EVOO, cayenne peper
Rinse and pat dry the chickpeas with paper towels. Season with EVOO, S&P, cayenne pepper. Set oven at 420F for 30 minutes. I use the canned chickpeas and it works great!
Voila, nicely done! Love that texture! They just perfectly roasted. They can be used for any toppings or just daily healthy snacks. High fiber and protein. A little spicy kick and savory! Other seasonings such as curry powder, lime & chili and sea salt are great too.
