Sweet Roasted Rosemary Acorn Squash


Ingredients: Acorn Squash, EVOO, Sea Salt, Butter, Brown Sugar and Rosemary


Slice them up and drizzle with EVOO and S&P. Roast them in a 400F oven for 20 minutes

Gently brush them with butter/sugar and rosemary paste. Send back in the oven for another 30 minutes

OH MY LADY GAGA! It’s incredibly delicious! I can’t resist!
Note to self: must reserve some room for this dessert. I’m crazy in love with this delicate and special dish. 🙂
