Power Quinoa, Kale and Soy Curls Protein Bowl
School night dinner or lunch: Power Quinoa, Kale and Soy Curls Protein Bowl (POW POW)
Ingredients: Quinoa, Kale, Carrots, Soy Curls, Onion, Garlic, EVOO, S&P, Chipotle Sauce
Made it with curry stock. Extra flavorful!
Gently sautee the quinoa with shredded carrots and kale until soften
This stuff is super yum and delish! Super protein pack!
Soak the curls in the water for 15 minutes and drain
Sautee the soy curls with onion and garlic
Quinoa, carrots and kale are pretty tasty by themselves already
But let’s kick it up! Add more protein Soy Curlies!!
Lastly, some Chipotle or Buffalo hot sauces (don’t be shy). Serve!
