Classic Cornbread
Rainy Sunday, wake up slowly brunch: Classic Cornbread. Sweet and savory.
Dry ingredients:
1 cup AP flour
1 cup corn meal
1/3 cup sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Wet ingredients:
1 cup sweet corn
1/2 cup jalapeno
1.5 cup soy milk
1/4 cup canola oil
2 tbs flax seeds mixed with 6 tbs warm water (egg replacer)
420F / 20 mins
Dry ingredients
Wet ingredients
Combine them and set 420F for 20 minutes
Voila
