Ketchup Sausage Veggie Fried Rice

Fried rice and I have a complicated relationship. The love and hate kind… I love it so much and I hate that I can’t stop eating. :/

 

Ingredients: Red onion, garlic, sausage, zucchini, S&P, soy sauce, ketchup and rice

 

Sautee the sausage and red onion. Set aside when sausages turn brown and crispy

 

Stir fry the rice, zucchini, garlic, say sauce and some ketchup

 

Combine onion and sausage all together. Adjust the flavor to your liking. More ketchup, soy sauce, etc.

 

How easy it that!

 

Tada! Oh! Also top it with some Sriracha ain’t gonna hurt nobody, FTW!

 

Oh my, ketchup is the key here… I bet you didn’t know that… I’m slowly revealing some Asian cooking secrets πŸ™‚

 

I thought there would be some leftover for lunch tomorrow… Ugh! Just can’t, stop, eating!
