Pesto

The wait felt like a century long….  finally we got enough of basil in the backyard that I could make pesto.

Ingredients: fresh basil, olive oil, parmesan, garlic, pine nut, walnut and sea salt

Put the ingredients above in the food processor and blend till smooth. That’s all. Do whatever you want with it.

 

Man, how precious! Basil is really the queen of the herbs

 

 

 

Note: sub nutritional yeast with parmesan for a vegan option.
